Stepping Stones is a 12-Week Course that will literally transform your life, if you let it. I remember feeling exhausted, overworked and overwhelmed, with no sense of direction. After hiring a coach, I learned a new way. Throughout this process I created a curriculum that helped pull me from the depths of anxiety and depression so that I could help other women live the life they truly deserve to live.

If you follow the workbook assignments, you WILL see transformation. So many women live their life by habit, like I did, rather than with intention. Stepping Stones teaches you how to create your DREAM life by setting intentions and following through. Each step contains and audio recording, a comprehensive workbook and numerous resources. Week 5 - Relationships Part 1

  • Accept that setbacks are a part of any growth process

Week 12 - Moving Forward

  • Identify those behaviors that you feel like you just can't stop doing

Hi! I'm Erin and super excited that you're here!

I am a Certified Professional Life and Business Coach, but how I got here has been an incredible journey. I have a Master's in Education in Counseling and have been working in a school setting for the past 14 years. I love teaching students how to go beyond their limits and fear to accomplish huge goals and pursue their wildest dreams. What I have discovered through this process and through my own soul searching, is that adults struggle MORE than kids when it comes to believing in themselves and creating positive change in the face of conflict. Where kids are so open to new concepts and ideas, I find that adults, tend to lose that natural faith. I knew I had a mission to accomplish.

For years now, I have been integrating the Law of Attraction into my lessons with students. I've created curriculum around the power of positive thoughts, gratitude, compassion, relationships, and confidence. The results I saw with students was amazing. Students were excited to discover that they could use their thoughts to attract wonderful things into their lives. They became so empowered to create change and growth and I knew I needed to extend my work to adults.

I obtained my Life Coach certification through the Life Coach Institute of Orange County. Within a month, I had my first client. She was diagnosed with a significant illness and was struggling to make sense of her life. After only four sessions, she admitted to me that she no longer needed her anti-anxiety medication. I did not heal her of her anxiety, but with my coaching, she developed new strategies and a new way of thinking and implemented it every day!

My second client who was recently widowed, moved out of her home of 40 years and retired, had been suffering from unexplained hives. Within 2 weeks, her hives had completely disappeared. Again, this is not magic, she was simply understanding the mind-body connection and utilizing new ways of thinking and applying it to her everyday life.

From working with amazing women and discovering what they need through workshops and 1:1 coaching, I developed my 12 Week Program for women, Stepping Stones. Then from developing my online business from ground up, I created Soar to New Heights, my 12-Module Business Coaching program for online entrepreneurs.
